PegasusLink processes data needed to provide messaging, calling, file sharing, account access, optional AI-generated summaries, and service stability features. This page explains the main categories of data used by the service and the basic purposes for which that data is handled.

Account and access data

Username, login credentials, session identifiers, or phone-based access data
Account records required to keep the service available and secure

Communication and content data

Metadata required to deliver calls, messages, attachments, and routing
Content you choose to send, including text, photos, videos, documents, and shared files
Optional AI summary outputs for calls or chats when those features are used

Operational and technical data

Device, network, diagnostic, and stability-related data used to improve service performance and abuse protection
Operational signals needed for reliability, adaptive communication behavior, and safety controls

To deliver messaging, voice calling, video calling, and media/file-sharing features
To support authentication, session continuity, and account security

Reliability and safety

To improve communication quality, adaptive network handling, and fault recovery behavior
To investigate abuse, fraud, service misuse, and operational incidents
To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations

Optional AI features

To provide user-requested AI summary or analysis features
To process AI-related outputs only when those features are actively used

User Controls

What users control

Users control the content they send through the application
Optional AI-related outputs are feature-dependent and not mandatory for basic communication use
Users may manage permissions such as camera and microphone through device settings
Users may request account deletion through the PegasusLink account deletion page

Account deletion Requests can be initiated from the app settings and completed using the public deletion page and support contact channels.

Retention and Contact

Retention

PegasusLink keeps data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide service, maintain security, resolve incidents, or satisfy applicable obligations. Retention may differ depending on the feature involved, such as account state, communication history, uploads, logs, or operational diagnostics.
